Audrey was super helpful and fast at responding to my queries

Great assistance by Audrey. Went out of her way to help me

Had an urgent email delivery issue where our business emails were being blocked due to a complex DNS/IP configuration problem. Zola from Truehost support was exceptional - quickly identified that our domain was pointing to a blacklisted IP while our actual hosting was on a clean server. Zola didn't just diagnose the issue, but immediately fixed our DNS records to resolve the mismatch. What could have been hours of downtime was resolved efficiently with clear explanations throughout the process. Professional, knowledgeable, and got straight to solving the problem

Great experience. Zola assisted in adjusting my Import Limit making it possible to import large websites. I had tried to adjust the settings on my own but didn't work. Zola did this fast and effective.

Initially, I was frustrated with the level of support I was receiving, and I was struggling to get my website up and running. But then Simon stepped in, and everything changed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me. Simon's expertise and guidance were exactly what I needed, and he helped me resolve all the issues I was facing. Thanks to Simon, my website is now live and functioning perfectly. I'm so grateful for his help and would highly recommend this support team to anyone in need of assistance.
