Great for startups and those who need responsive personal support.

Zola, their AI assistant sorted me out in a breeze. Grateful

I havent made a purchase yet, however, their pre sales support via chat is fantastic, extreamly helpful and proactive with information I provide. I am definetly going back. Well an update since I have now gone on and become a client. Its still a 5 star for their support - brilliant brilliant, keep it up

I have been a client for TrueHost for over 8 years and they have never let me down once! Their customer care service is out of this world. Try them!

Very impressed by the support from customer service team member Zola! Fast, knowledgeable, super friendly and this late in the evening - there are many webhosting providers out there, but for me customer service is very important and that is why I will move all my Kenyan domains to Truehost in the near future.
