I just don't Know why its so hard to cancel a service having to go through billing and write emails yet its so simple to buy it. They need to make it simple to opt out as it is to opt in with clear refund policies.

The new ticket chatbot does not really fix my issues. I'm experiencing a DNS resolution issue on one of my websites, and I've attempted to contact the support team. But then I'm being attended to by a chatbot that cannot actually resolve the issue, except to provide background information and ways to fix it.
