TripeningReviews of tripening.com

Very disappointing experience with Tripening.com. The hotel listing showed a room with 3 beds, but when I arrived at the hotel in Salalah, Oman, the hotel staff confirmed they had only received a booking for 1 bed. The photos and room details on the website were misleading and did not match the actual reservation. I would not recommend booking through this platform. Please verify all booking details directly with the hotel before making any payment.

Tripening.com is like fruad agent, no reply do not care anything, John is not replying almost a month. If you not work, quit your job then. do not book Tripening.com

Scam website. Charged for the room, hotel has no confirmation of reservation. Charge pending on my visa card. Now either it will fall of I will file a chargeback. scammers

Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I purchased tickets for Hagia Sophia from Tripening, and when I arrived at the venue, I was told my tickets were invalid. I tried contacting their customer support via phone and email for assistance, but there was absolutely no response. No one helped or followed up. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing! I strongly recommend avoiding Tripening — their lack of support and accountability ruined my trip. Save yourself the hassle and buy tickets elsewhere!

Booked and turned up to the hotel to find the booking was fake and I had no hotel room. They have many bookings like this made by Tripening. It’s a scam site.

I have been scammed, I booked through tripening, an 11 night hotel in the UK, but the hotel had no knowledge of the reservation!!! I prepaid almost $1300. Unfortunately I became critically ill and had to cancel my trip, I contacted the hotel but they had no knowledge of the reservation. I have been trying to contact tripening, but you cannot find a decent link for them. I also emailed them at info@tripening but got no response. I am disgusted, not only did I miss out on visiting my family due to illness but now I have lost my $1300 bucks to a scam travel site. After speaking with "John" at Tripening, who called me personally, he stated he would try to resolve this issue by personally working with the hotel and providing with a refund. The problem it seems if that I was never given the actual confirmation for the hotel booking until John and I had a conversation, he states the hotel had the confirmation all along, but I was not given that information, I was given other booking numbers but nothing that corresponded with the hotel therefore they could not issue me a refund directly as they had no knowledge of my booking. Now that "John" and I have spoken, he has reassured me that he is working diligently to secure my refund and that hopefully we can put this behind us and that I can trust in this company going forward, and feel confident that I can use the service again for future travel plans.

Used to tripening to book my trip to Vegas last summer. had a small issue at the hotel (they gave us the wrong room), and Tripening took care of us right away. great customer support
