We are incredibly sorry for this experience and completely understand your frustration. 🏔️ Because our tents are a best-seller, they temporarily sold out in our US warehouse, and we had to fulfill orders from our international backup facility to avoid a long pre-order wait. Regarding your refund and emails: we sincerely apologize for the communication gap during this peak season. Please check your DM, as we’ve sent the confirmation details there to ensure this is resolved to your satisfaction. Our goal is to make this right.

I’m Johann, the founder of Traverseon, and I want to address this matter directly. When you had trouble tracking your order, it was not because we intended to deceive you. At that time, we had partnered with a logistics company that turned out to be unreliable—sadly, a risk that is all too common these days. This caused unnecessary confusion, and I sincerely apologize for that experience. Since then, we’ve corrected the issue. All shipments now come with verifiable tracking numbers, and in your case we already proactively issued a full refund so you wouldn’t bear any loss. Traverseon is a genuine brand, with an official website, verified payments, authentic customer reviews, and trackable deliveries to customers around the world. We are not scammers, and continuing to say so publicly does not reflect the reality. I kindly ask you to stop spreading these false claims. If you still have doubts, please reach out—we will gladly and patiently answer every question. We truly care about every customer, and your concerns will always be respected.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure to fix this for you promptly. Best regards,
