I would leave a zero if I could
I would leave a zero if I could. I bought a Platinum Elite suitcase from Travelpro and It was defective. It was part of a set of 2. They refused to replace it and wanted to send (with me paying the shipping cost a replacement part that I replace myself. When I said that I was could not to do that, arthritis in my hands, they suggested that I order the part and take it to a luggage store 20 miles from my home, and they may or may not charge to do the work to fix the defect. How is that a warranty? My guess is that they get so many issues, they can not afford to fix their quality control.
