Our experience was the same as Layla's. We ordered a Free Standing Rig for $2750 May 2019. They charged our credit card and never delivered. At first they made contact with us assuring us it would be just a couple more weeks. After a couple months they stopped responding all together.

The Trapeze Rigging site is a scam. They will take your money and not ever ship out your order. It seems it used to be a legitimate business, but the owner has gone bankrupt. Now he is still taking orders and charging people's credit cards, but does not deliver products or respond to emails. I ordered an Elite XL Freestanding Pullup Bar, but after getting an order confirmation, I had no other followup on my order, despite the statement on their site that they ship out orders within 3 days, or 5 days at most. They haven't replied to any of my emails, either, so I have had to file a credit card chargeback. There are multiple complaints from other customers on the Better Business Bureau website (under the business name Trevor Boswell Productions, Inc.) from last month. All of them had the same experience ordering products that were never delivered. Don't order from this website!
