The app crashes all the time on my phone and is unreliable because of this

App not user friendly, but customer service is great.

It is a good platform. However, there are a few bugs. When I confirm loads, it sends me an error message. In fact, there are several functions that return error messages when I use them.

Scanning documents is the primary reason I use the Transflo Mobile app. After I finish scanning, my load assignments still show up in "ready to scan". I can not clear the list of "ready to scan" - even though dispatch has received the documents. Otherwise, the app is ok. It saves time compared to scanning at a truck stop.

Transflo keeps stopping me from using my screen while parked saying I'm moving.

Tracking doesn’t work

Transflo mobile is a good idea not well thought out. The biggest improvement would be to change the options after a scan has been made to a manual review. No more automated decisions on a good or bad scan by the app. I scan, I review. That's it. It's very frustrating to see a good scan be called blurry and have to retake. It's very frustrating to try to choose manual review when given the option, only to accidentally delete it and have to scan again. This is the biggest issue. It'd also be nice to have a trash can to retrieve messages that are accidentally deleted or be able to select messages to delete together instead of having to delete one at a time or delete all.
