The whole process from start to finish…
The whole process from start to finish was so easy. From the first email to the last were all answered within minutes, the instruction's of what to do were very clear and easy to follow. The staff at the other end of the phone were very knowledgeable about the process.

I quite enjoyed learning using…
I quite enjoyed learning using Train2train for my personal licence certificate. Course design is easy to follow and has audio which I like to use. The test is multiple choice and is a bit tricky but you are able to practice using mock exam questions . Using the proctor exam takes a bit of getting used to but the telephone and online support is excellent

Loved doing the course
Loved doing the course, very informative, taking the test was easy and the staff were lovely, would definitely recommend 🙂

This was a smooth process
This was a smooth process, takes a bit to understand what the steps are but Train2Train help you through it. Now I'm on to the CITB exam! Usually easy to get though on the phone as well. Thanks

Easy to follow instructions
Once I had got over the I.T. issues because of my age (68), I followed the instructions and found it really easy to navigate. Would truly recommend these courses.
