Charged after Cancelling & Zero Customer Support
I signed up for their 14-day trial for TradingView indicators and made sure to cancel well before the trial ended. Despite this, they still charged my card. I have emailed them multiple times to request a refund, and they have completely ignored my messages. I highly recommend avoiding this company if you don't want unauthorized charges and non-existent customer service.
