This business has by far been the best experience I have had since collecting pokemon cards. They are responsive, transparent, and they truly care for their returning customers and work with you and keep you in the process the whole way. Justin and team exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better situation and process. 10/10.

We take customer feedback seriously, so we thoroughly checked all of our order records and were unable to find any purchase associated with this review. At this time, it appears this review was not submitted by an actual customer of our business. We genuinely wish Trustpilot did a better job verifying reviews before they are published, as unverified reviews can be misleading to both businesses and consumers. If you have placed an order with us, please contact our support team directly with your order information so we can investigate and resolve any issue immediately.
I’ve been buying trading card sets from this seller for years, easily over 15 sets at this point and they’ve been incredible every single time. The delivery had always been quick, the service is professional, and they truly care about making their customers happy. The quality of the cards is exactly as described, with no surprises and no issues. Consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, that’s why I keep coming back.

Thank you so much for your continued support over the years! It means a lot to us that you've trusted us with more than 15 sets. We're glad to hear that you've consistently had a great experience with our shipping, customer service, and the quality of our card sets. We work hard to accurately represent every collection we sell, so it's great to know that effort has made a difference. We truly appreciate your loyalty and look forward to helping you add many more great sets to your collection. Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review!
Good transaction. Purchased a set of the original 151 cards. Cards were good quality for the price. Would buy again. Cards arrived in a new quality binder, all secured, and with a penny slip. More expensive cards, like holos, were secured with a second cover slip. The care and packaging were excellent. (Very, very different from what one other viewer claims. If we bought from the same company, I have to say I am skeptical about the claim of poor packing.)

Thank you for the great review! We're really happy to hear you were pleased with the quality of the set and the care we put into packaging it. We take a lot of pride in making sure our collections arrive safely, from using quality binders and penny sleeves to adding extra protection for higher-value holo cards. It's great to know those details were appreciated. Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to see you back for another set soon!
I ordered a couple of sets for myself as a Christmas gift, and everything arrived exactly as promised. The cards were in excellent condition and clearly handled with great care. The quality alone made the purchase completely worth it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

They misled me with the photos and descriptions. I get that this is how they trap people and then plead ignorance when customers are upset with the product. But setting that aside, they shipped it in a damaged box and didn’t secure the Pokémon cards at all. The cards were all over the box and even more damaged on top of the “described damaged cards.” Even then, they don’t actually describe the damage — they just take far-away pictures and hope to trick you. The cards were shipped terribly. Most were out of the slots and even out of the sleeves, just raw in the box. Crazy — it felt like it was their first time shipping Pokémon cards. By the way, I spent over $500, so I expect at least some care in packing. I reached out to support and they were immediately rude and condescending. They refused a return or refund and completely ignored the shipping and packing issues, acting as if it never happened. Do not trust this group. They have no sense of customer care and clearly don’t care about their brand or image. They will take your money, send you damaged goods, take no responsibility for poor packing, and then act rude toward you as if they didn’t just take your money and scam you. After they refused multiple times — despite me wanting to return everything and warning them — I went to my credit card company to handle it from here. If you end up in the same situation (which I hope you don’t, since you’ve read this warning), you can do the same. Don’t let their bullying and “policy” override what’s right. Sending damaged items due to poor shipping, on top of misleading listings, is grounds for a return and refund regardless of “policy.” They try to bully you through support — don’t put up with it. There are much better vendors to buy Pokémon sets from who operate with dignity, trust, and care. This group cares about none of those. Good luck, and I hope my experience helps you avoid the same situation. Watch — they’ll probably respond with something like, “The pictures or description said damaged.” That’s their tactic: mislead you, blame you, damage the cards further during shipping, and then ignore it. Bad business. Now they sent a reply that lies, I of course was not happy about how they sent the cards and they were all over the box and not properly packed and their first response to my email was what I shared, it wasn’t until I started to threat, which they ignored. Sooo I really submitted the dispute as I warned them and easily won since it was a cut dry case of everything I claimed here. Then they sent me a threading letter. I guess you could add lying to the list.

We disagree with several claims in this review and feel it is important to provide the full context. The set you purchased was explicitly listed and sold as a **damaged collection**, and the listing included photos of the exact cards you would receive. The condition was not hidden or misrepresented. When you contacted us requesting a return, our position was that the cards matched the listing photos and description, and therefore did not qualify as "not as described." Unfortunately, throughout our communications, your interactions with our team were extremely hostile and disrespectful. While we routinely work with customers to resolve issues, the manner in which this situation was handled made that process significantly more difficult. Had the conversation remained civil, we likely would have been willing to offer a return solution from the beginning as a customer service gesture. After we declined the return request, you filed a chargeback claiming the cards were not as described. We fully responded to the chargeback, paid for the return shipping ourselves, and ultimately received the cards back well after the original dispute was opened. Once returned, the collection was resold to another customer who was fully aware of the condition of the cards being purchased and was very happy with the set. We stand behind our listings and make every effort to accurately represent condition, especially when selling damaged or heavily played collections. While we understand that not every purchase will meet every customer's expectations, we do not believe it is fair to characterize this transaction as misleading when the exact cards were photographed and clearly labeled as damaged prior to purchase. We wish you the best moving forward.

I bought 151 first pokemon in a binder from them from their website. It made me nervous to buy and select the ones to go with, as it is a lot of money, but after I received it, I was really happy with the condition, and that is what I care most about. I recommend them, and I have now bought two more sets from them, and I am looking very forward to it.
