The challenges are well thought out, however the payment is too long (3 weeks), and the contract is not really respected because the payment is made later and the refund much later. It's a shame, it would have increased the overall rating

My case as not been resolved for 2 month

Response from TradeXMastery· Nov 20, 2025
Hi Emmanuel, thank you for sharing your experience. I am truly sorry to hear that you feel your case has not been resolved and I understand how frustrating that must be. According to our records, your account was granted a month ago after your order payment was successfully verified, and your payout was confirmed yesterday. Anything older than that may relate to the period when we had to mass delete emails due to the major website upgrade, which could explain the delay you experienced. If anything is still pending, our Support Team is ready to assist through the support widget on our website. We are committed to understanding how we can resolve any remaining issues and how we can improve your experience so your future interactions feel smoother. We appreciate your patience and hope to make things right moving forward.

It’s a great plattform to trade in until you request your payout! Then it is supposed to take up to 21 business days which is first of one of the slowest in the industry. Then when 21 days have passed there is still not a payout. How can this be so hard to follow your promise and pay your clients accordingly to your contract? Then the customer service is a bot that does not give an answer at all! I think this part has to be better if you want to compete with other firms.
