Superb personal service and help in selecting size and measurements. Being able to speak to an actual human was very helpful. AND, it arrived a week earlier than expected. AND, he made sure when call back (after the sale was over) I still got the sale price on the new suit I intend to buy, because I wanted to see how the 'Slim" was going to fit withe the first order.

I found TORCHSTAR while rebuilding our home after the Palisades Fire, and from our very first conversation, Justin was incredibly kind, genuine, and supportive. You can tell this is a company that truly cares about people, not just customers. During the wildfire recovery, TORCHSTAR supported relief efforts through the Red Cross, and they have continued that generosity by helping homeowners like us as we rebuild. Justin went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even personally driving for 2 hours to hand-deliver our recessed lights and witness the community's perseverance. Customer service has been exceptional, communication outstanding, and it has been a pleasure working directly with the manufacturer. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such genuine care for the people they serve. We have been so impressed that we’ve shared TORCHSTAR with our neighbors and the rebuilding community as a trusted resource. If you’re looking for quality lighting backed by a company that truly stands behind its customers, I highly recommend TORCHSTAR.

I installed my light kit and the sensor would not work. Ruby, the Customer Support Manager, was very patient and continued working with me until we determined the sensor would not work through glass. We removed the sensor and replaced it with a manual switch…problem solved!

I bought sets of 6 recessed 6” lights back in 2021. One stopped working so I reached out and customer service was beyond helpful. Very happy with this company.
