I work on a ship. I Hope tap up would allow me to use their app more in a day.

All went well except 2 times you claimed my internet connection was faulty. I could find nothing wrong ,no problems anywhere else, so i went to another airtime supplier and had no problems, except they were harder to deal with ,more complicated

but u guys only 1 phone service in sierra leone. there are more take advantage of that.

The key benefit for me was the convenience because there won’t any outlets in my are where I could have purchase top-up so I was able to stay connected during the crisis period. A very useful service for those who could afford it.

I have friends and family overseas and I would have given TopUp.com 5/5 only for a bumpy start to using their services. There were long delays in verifying my account and payments were held up which caused me to stress in these troubling times. But telephone and email support were very helpful and my most recent phone top ops have been more prompt. I will continue using their services mainly due to their very excellent customer service.
