Be Careful
It's a long story, but the bottom line is my dog came home worse than before and with a small injury to her snout which required a vet visit and antibiotics. Alex offered a full refund and to pay for the vet visit, but he paid me $500 twice and then blew me off. I b was hoping he would be true to his word but I was very disappointed.
