Hi Steve! We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the broken shield. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. I did want to let you know that a replacement was actually sent out last week, and upon checking, it has already been delivered today. We truly appreciate your patience while this was being resolved, and we hope the replacement arrived safely. If there’s anything more we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.

Hi Jeff! We're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an incomplete order—especially with the delay and slow communication that followed. Since January 2025, we’ve made major improvements to our customer service operations, including better tracking, faster response times, and closer quality control on shipments. We also recently claimed this Trustpilot account to reconnect with both old and new customers, and to take full accountability for situations just like this. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you're open to it, please reach out to us again and mention this review—we’ll personally ensure the missing item is either sent out or refunded right away. Thank you again for your feedback—it genuinely helps us improve. Best Regards, Carson Knotts

Hi Vergil! We're incredibly sorry to hear about this experience and the lack of communication—it’s absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. As of January 2025, we’ve taken serious steps to overhaul our customer service process, including faster response times, better tracking follow-ups, and a dedicated support team. We also just recently claimed our Trustpilot account as part of this new direction, and we're encouraging our past and new customers to share their feedback so we can learn and improve. We’d really appreciate a chance to make this right. If your face shield still hasn’t arrived, we’re happy to investigate and either replace or refund the item promptly. Please reach out again and mention this review—we’ll make sure it’s handled immediately. Thanks again for your patience, and our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Best Regards, Carson Knotts
