Quality: of the 2 pictures, a. Picture from painting-to-painting looked great. b. The picture- to-painting - average. Bottom line, the second/b. looked a little better online instead, not deceived, just not as good. Delivery service: good

Beautiful picture my brother loved. A bit confused on delivery buy finally arrived. Thank you. Would definitely order again.

Great delivery service but would have liked my print to be done landscaped to match the length of the car instead of portrait 16” x12”

Very Satisfied with product! Could have done a little better with communication regarding status of order but overall I am pleased with my purchase.

What I received was absolutely awesome although sadly the horse’s ears had been cropped off . Had it been the same as the preview you sent me as to how it was going to look completed it definitely would have deserved a five star rating.

Dear Jane, We’re delighted that you loved the quality of your portrait, but we’re sorry about the cropped horse’s ears - especially since that wasn’t how your approved preview looked. We are sorry for this.. Emily @TinySnap
