tingg.africaReviews of tingg.africa

This is NOT a legit company! It is a scam. I was trying to change my Kenya Airways Flight and was redirected to Tingg. I paid the virtual account over 400k, and the money just disappeared. it was not recognised as paid on the system. AVOID this company. They stoll my money

A very unreliable provider. Your payment mode is the worst, it will deduct your money but will not reflect to the institution being paid. What is even worse is when you request for a refund/reversal. They will toss you left and right without giving a clear go ahead. Reversing the money is like booking your ticket to hell. if there was a 0 star, I would give you 0.

I use tingg to purchase airtime for non Safaricom lines. This goes really well. On 13/01/2024 I decided to use Tingg to pay for my booking.com partner invoice. Honestly speaking, bad decision I made here. I have been engaging them since 30/01/24. They do not respond to my emails, or take forever to. And it’s usually nothing solid at all. They keep saying that Booking.com hasn’t responded to them yet, it’s getting to over a month now and I am disappointed and frustrated. Well, I am now battling them for a refund. WARNIING: Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! for large amounts you would regret to loose. Booking.com partners please don’t use this as your checkout option. Your payment will not reflect on Booking.com and Tingg will do nothing to help you out.
