Amazing customer support!! I had a few questions when setting up my system. I sent an email and received a very fast response with easy to follow instructions.

I had an issue with a reset needed and I was stuck. I did not think I was going to get help today (New Year’s Day), but I tried to call regardless. Tech support was there to take my calland Ian walked me through a reset as well as final setup. His instructions were clear and he made it very easy to maneuver through the problem I had. Now all is good and I able to use my new system as designed and expected. Well done, Ian!
