The problem I had was a complete mystery to me and when I contacted WP it went no where. When I submitted the ticket to Thrive Kurt the agent had trouble gaining access to my account. Not a issue with him but rather with me getting the verification code in time before the code expired. However Kurt stuck with it for several days and when he finally got into my account he resolved the issue in minutes. He was pleasant to work with and was competent at his job. Great customer service!

I have been working with ThriveThemes for years on several different website installations and they are always so prompt and helpful with their responses. 9/10 they fix the issue, and within 24 hours.

Thrive Themes, and the ThriveSuite has always been a "must" for any WordPress business that wants to conduct a smooth and profesional e-learning experience. All the processes are smooth and mean no hassle. The API integrations are great, but over all the things they have 2 things that I love: 1. A plugin suite sales and conversion oriented: I never stop seeing how they have think of everything we may need for better sales experiences. They have features like Conditional Display, or Dynamic display, and Time Display that will literally cost you thousands of dollars. All in the suite, and integrated. 2. Over all the things... the amazing support. They have always helped me not only with the Thrive Suite. But also, EVERY time I have find problems with third party plugins that were not looking as it should on the page. Always helping with tech approach, CSS, and many other great advises. Best investment in the WordPress ecosystem. And a must if you are into e-learning. I can say, there is nothing left on this suite but to continue improving, innovating... and giving such a great support.
