Order #500968 placed on the 25th of May, still havent recieved it, Have not had any response to my emails or chat sessions

Paid immediately, my payment was taken out of my account immediately , still have not received my product, nor a refund, after almost 2 months. My messages, emails and phone calls go unanswered. Their website is still up and appears to be actively taking orders, yet when you look at their Facebook page you can see the number of people they have scammed

Terrible customer service and response times. Will never purchase from again

it’s been 8 weeks and I have NEVER received my order. No one replies to emails, we cannot call. There’s no way to get ahold of anyone. It’s basically a loss of money. Such a scam

you never sent my last order (may 29) and don't answer my emails inquiring about it

Ordered my item 6 weeks ago. Never received it. Customer service email bounced back as invalid and they don’t answer their customer service phone number. Beyond disappointing and they stole my money

Scam. Ordered from this company for years. Last order they never sent it. Contact phone number out of service. Email non existent any more. Disputed with my credit card.
