6 weeks later and I still have not received my order, have left messages,texted,and e-mailed with no response

Never got my order! I ordered in June and never receieved my purchase. I reached out via email and phone and did not receive a response. I have been using this company for years and didn't have a problem until now. I want a refund or my items at this point.

I never received my most recent order and when I called and emailed to find out what had happened I received no response .
