Paid for the product and never received it. Customer service never got back to me!!

Never received my order

Products never arrived and couldn’t get a response from company

It's been almost 6 weeks since I ordered and I have not received my order. Plus, I've called and can only leave voice mail, messaged the contact info on the website, and have not gotten any response. Order 500891, ordered 5/21/23.

Never received my order from almost 2 months ago now. No replies to emails or voice-mails. Have been doing business with thought cloud for over 6 years and now suddenly they seem to be out of business but the web page will still accept orders and your money.

Never received my order AND tried numerous times to contact customer service. No reply via email requests. Phone calls either ended with having to leave a message (no agents available at this time) with no return call OR numbers that were mo longer in service. What has happened to Thought Cloud? I have always had excellent service in past years.
