Would not recommend. The host changed the dates and still kept my deposit. On top of that, she was highly unprofessional. She told my family members about our conversations. This is highly unprofessional and conversations should stay private. Would not recommend at all.

So the adds state they are in Vancouver BC but I am just now seeing they are in Atlanta. Ordered it as a gift. Came long after the holidays. Very poor customer service. When we got it we had to go & pay an additional $43. to receive it. We had prepaid shipping. There was no mention of their being in the US. The add says Vancouver. So I am assuming that under false pretenses we bought from a US company & the extra shipping was tarriffs!! We have sent out many emails & have had no correspondance from them at all let alone in a timely manner.

10 stars! My experience was phenomenal! I can’t express how helpful The Travel Collective was for my trip. They really put me in position to just be present and to enjoy! The stress of organizing my vacation and good places to visit was taken off of my plate! I’ll be using TTC again very soon!

Absolutely incredible experience! I booked my recent trip through this travel agency, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very first conversation, the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure my itinerary matched exactly what I wanted. They handled every detail flights, hotels, tours, transportation with total professionalism and zero stress on my end. The recommendations they provided were spot-on, and I ended up discovering places and experiences I never would have found on my own. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Anytime I had a question, they replied quickly and with clear, helpful information. It felt like having a personal travel concierge throughout the entire journey.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Travel Collective Agency for multiple trips, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. They planned my first journey to Africa with flawless attention to detail, and my recent girls’ trip to New York was executed with that same precision and care. From coordinating our flights so we all arrived together, to arranging transportation, securing a place to store our luggage before check-in, and handling every breakfast, lunch, and dinner reservation—everything was perfectly organized. They even offered style suggestions and provided each of us with a personalized itinerary link. We never had to wonder about a thing, yet they still checked in to make sure we were enjoying our trip. This level of service is rare. THE TRAVEL COLLECTIVE AGENCY that will handle all of my travel, forever!🩷

Booking my trip through The Travel Collective was the best thing I could have done for myself. Everything was taken care of from finding the resort, booking transportation, to researching excursions. I went to Jamaica to celebrate my 27th birthday and having all of the logistics accounted for via The Travel Collective made it that much easier to fully enjoy my vacation and feel relaxed. When I inquired about the travel experience, I only gave my budget and the region I was interested in. The Travel Collective worked their magic by providing several affordable options that went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend their services to friends, family, and even strangers! I will definitely be coming back to The Travel Collective for all of my travel needs for the foreseeable future.
