I ordered a thermistor 6 months ago and still have not received it. I've called and it goes to a voice mail for Morgan. Have never had a return call. They took payment when the order was placed. Not when shipped.

No one answers or responds to emails. Purchased a part on line, paid in advance, and now we cant get anyone to answer the phone, unable to leave a message, and no one responds to our emails.

Ordered an orifice burner never received the part it was on back order about six weeks ago they did charge my CC for the part. Sent E-mails tried to call the mailbox is always full. no response to e-mails I guess I'm out that money thought this was a good site. The part is no longer needed would like my CC reimbursed. Customer service never picked up the phone. Never returned calls. I called more than once and was willing to buy the product but never heard from you again. Great stories on Trump like going for him

I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.

It’s been 11 days and my order is “awaiting shipment” when I call it goes straight to a cell voicemail, no response via email. I did receive a generic email asking if my order was received, but it hasn’t even been shipped. I’m going to have to put a dispute in with my bank to cancel this. Do not use these guys.
