Very happy with experience at Norcold Guy! I've ordered a few parts from them and each time had questions that I needed answered. They did exactly that and afterwards were able to place my order and get it delivered extremely fast with $5 shipping. Great service from a company that knows these refrigerators well. I had several questions as to which part would ultimately fix my refrigerator's issue of not lighting. I couldn't get any help from Norcold because I wasn't a technician and their customer service line knew NOTHING. Two Emails to this company and I had a link to the part I needed. I ordered it that day UPS ground and received it the next morning without a hitch. There is literally nothing more that you can ask for from an RV parts store. SO happy I found Norcold Guy, I'll continue to use in the future.

They provide support for the brand, can sell all the parts that will fit your refrigerator, and have extremely quick shipping. My Norcold 1210 refrigerator is working great and we've been very impressed with the service we received.
