I have not received my order

Philip, it looks like you placed your order last week. The lead time was 2-3 weeks. There will not be an update until you've waited the estimated lead time for us to get this order to you. The order has been placed on your behalf and there are no issues.
If an item is unavailable or not in stock, setup your system so the part is unavailable for purchase. This would prevent having to go through a refund process. This would apply to purchases being shipped to another country. Make customer aware that you do not ship parts to Canada from the US.

If a part is unavailable for purchase, we do not let you order it. For some larger items that have to go across the border, unfortunately a freight forward needs to get involved. Sorry for the poor experience.
Not a good one as I order my parts and the fallowing day I get a email letting me know parts are not in stock they should’ve said that from the beginning and not take my money and now I have no update on it

The update right now is that this part has an estimated lead time of 2-3 weeks. If you're unable to wait for it, we can always cancel and refund the order. Please let us know what you would like to do by sending an Email to [email protected] and including your order number.
I purchase a norcold ice bin on August 27th and have not heard anything from the vendor

Larry, it looks like this is actually out for delivery tomorrow: 1Z1A3E080301700812 This was a special order with a lead time of 3-5 weeks. There is no way for us to speed up the lead time from the manufacturer. If you have issues with delivery, let us know!
After a week I was informed the part was on back order for weeks or more. No offer to refund my money??

Richard, this was shipped several days ago: 9205599999999910110735 We never got a request to cancel the special order that you placed but it looks like it's arriving ahead of schedule. If you have issues with delivery, let us know.
Have yet to speak with anyone have returned calls and text messages. I have left several messages with info. I have left detailed message with s/n year and problem NO REPLEY

Unfortunately the part was discontinued and we ran out of inventory at the time of order. Really sorry about that!
I've ordered a part that was listed as available, got a refund without any explanation. When I've called, they've informed me that the part was discontinued for years... they didn't even know why it was listed.
