I placed my order and was told it would be a two week lead time, latest information is "it's still on back-order". I have a trip coming up and would like to get this part soon, but my confidence level is low at this point.

After checking model numbers twice still got the wrong part. Wanted to firm up door and bushing i got were looser than the existing ones. Wasted my money

Item was not properly packaged it was in a bubble envelope with no support the panel an acrylic plastic lower door panel came out of the(envelope) in four pieces

The crisper bin was broken when I opened the box, even though it was wrapped with protection. I called and left messages, emails, and never had a response. So I finally just ordered another crisper. Waiting currently on the 2nd order to come in.

Well I order parts that are on backorder, your website did not indicate that they were on backorder. I wish website would indicate if the parts are in stock or backorder, that way the buyer would have a choice to order the parts on backorder. I really don't appreciate the bait and switch scenarios.

Athony, thank you for that. Actually, the lead time is listed under "availability" right above "add to cart" on the product page. We try to make it really clear if a part is going to take some time to get and truly did not want you thinking this was a bait and switch. Simply an order for a part on backorder in the industry. This is the quickest way to get those kind of parts.
Inpatient disrespectful over the phone with my order.i used Norcold Guy several times before covid. I got good respectful friendly service before. Did ownership change? Got my shipping address wrong. USPS wouldn't ship it. So, my cooling unit sat there for 2 weeks. No answer to emails and no answer to messages. Rarely picks up the phone.

I have been trying to reach the service department to as them a question for over a week now. The free access to service techs is a joke.
