I am not a big fan of AI , i would rather talk to a live person. However it was after hours and the AI answered my questions and assured that I was ordering the right part. Everything came in on time and worked perfectly. Thank you.

Received part in timely manner. Now I have to say this upfront, I have never worked on a 3way refrigerator nor do I know the history on what has changed on the one I have. Ordered thermostat for it and one received did not match what I have. Installed it and made it work. This morning the refrigerator is cold and will keep a check on it, but at least it is working.

Great experience. Very prompt shipment and great followup with Brian at Tech support. It is most impressive that tech support was priced in the dealup front and Brian’s competence and patience reduced the stress of trying to get my refrgerator back in service

The heating element on my rv fridge was frying out causing flickering in my lights, and my fridge wasnt cooling as much as it used to, even though i put in a new cooling unit and heating element a few years ago. I live in my rv and its on all the time, put in the new heating element and everything works lol ty
