This part had a lead time of 2-3 weeks and it has not reached that estimate as of yet, Karen. If you need to cancel the order please let us know by reaching out to [email protected].
We ordered the same part twice and tried to ask you to cancel that last order. I didn't get any return email to my request. We also tried calling but your greeting message just kept repeating over and over. The first part came two weeks after you said it would be here. I would like my $81.54 back. Claudia Tower

Michael, I just looked into your order and you're right. This is way beyond the estimated lead time we got from Norcold. We can always cancel the order if you're not able to wait any longer. Just let us know.
Wrong product was sent and no response to my email for a return.

Sergey, it looks like you did speak with us on this and I see that it was resolved? We filed a claim with the shipper and have refunded the charge. I am not sure what happened but it's showing 2nd day air on the tracking!
Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. Their website misrepresented the color of the item I purchased and then they wanted me to cover shipping AND a 'restocking fee' all of which is nearly the cost of the original part. Their customer service is obysimal, they sent several emails trying to blame me for the mistake and refused to take responsibility even when I sent them side by side photos of their website and the item they sent. You can find nearly every part they sell on Amazon for 20-30% less and not have to worry about returning it if they misrepresent the part. It would not be surprising if they are just ordering the parts off Amazon and reselling them for a markup... I will definitely not fall victim to this scam again...

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a refrigerator part on March 25, 2026 and they immediately took my money and to this day (4/19/26) I have not received the part. No one is responding to numerous emails or phone calls and I'm left without a part and lost the money. Terrible!

Placed the order online, got confirmation and a week later I got an email for cancellation since they did have the part !! the part showed in stock online ???
