Can you cancel my subscription asap ?! I just bought a promo bundle in fb and now I'm getting a monthly deductions of Dhs 75.00 every month. That is too much. This is so misleading !

They take off money from my credit card without my consent. I did not even know that I somehow subscribe. Then when trying to cancel I get to a form - fill in the form and when I submit it I get a message "Thank you for Subscribing"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is misleading to say the least.

This is a terrible company, a complete scam. I honestly have no clue how they could getaway with this type of business. I did not sign up for their service, and I don’t know how they have access to my credit card. I had to change my credit card and go through so much hassle. I did not know how else to stop these guys from charging my credit card.

Same experience as everyone else bought and ebook and got signed up to a $39NZD per month subscription unbeknown to me until I checked my credit card. They say you can cancel anytime but you can’t it’s impossible to cancel unless you email them and tell them you are going to write a negative review. I got my subscription cancelled finally but I got no refund for the 3 months they charged me. Avoid this scam !!

Company is a total scam. Bough one e-book. Without my permission I was then signed up to a monthly subscription through my Amex. My card was debited for some months until the scam was discovered and reported to the Amex fraud team. TOTAL SCAM - BEWARE !

Scammers. They robbed my money. They're charging me $19.87 for a membership I did not sign up for. Do not buy anything from them.

I made a once off purchase and found myself being double debitted every month for the next three months. When I inquired, it transpired i had I "subscribed" automatically, within my once off purchase. as for the double debit, I had entered 2 email addresses during one of my abortive purchase efforts and was thus charged double. Refunds were refused, only a token gift, worth less than half m unplanned expenditure. Shoddy, unacceptable
