I ordered a leather womans coat on December 10th, 2024 as a gift for my wife. Never received any communication from the 3 comanies that they go by: Western Outfitters, The Ecommerce People, or The Leather Jacketer. It was shipped December 31st, 2024 by The Leather Jacketer from Pakistan! I am now going round and round with PayPal over a refund. Stay away!!!

Please please. DO JOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. For me to write on here is a big thing. As I have been scammed majorly. Ordered a “Los Angeles Dodgers Alpha Industries X New Era MA-1 Jacket”. Ended up taking nearly a month to arrive and when it did. It was one of the worst out together garments ever made. After investigating the Fed Ex package that it came in stated the package was from India! Go figure. The jacket wasn’t even an Alpha Industries’ brand jacket. The patches used were made from kids art and crafts ‘felt’ material. The jacket material itself was thin and flimsy. Honestly. Temu do better clothing and that’s saying something and they’re crap. So going to try and get a refund via Amex. The company isn’t going to help. They’ve taken my money and that’s it. I should have read the reviews first. Could have avoided all this hassle. £126! That’s a lot of money for a fake jacket. I am so fuming as I never wrote reviews even if things I’ve received have been bad. But this one took the urine. The jacket I got didn’t even resemble the image on their website.

A scam website basically. They make unauthentic stuff and those jackets that you really want aren’t real on this site. I just got my order and saw instantly that it’s fake. The quality is just so bad and badly made. Avoid buying from this site at all cost.

Definitely FAKE!!!!! I ordered a varsity jacket and the patches and letters have the wrong spelling and not clear.

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. Bought a leather jacket, received the wrong size, and asked for a refund within the return window. The merchant tried to negotiate exchanging and my keeping the size and finally agreed to cover the cost of shipping after it is returned to them. I returned it via FedEx, which showed a picture of the packaged return, but they did not refund me nor the shipping cost as promised (they claimed that they returned it to my PayPal account, but I do not have a PayPal account). I also added feedback on the exact product on their Instagram account to warn others not to be scammed, but they immediately deleted my comment and blocked my account. Now, I’ve now submitted a dispute with Amex (thank goodness for their customer coverage). Stay away from this scam of a company. Next stop: reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered a wool jacket for my wife for Christmas from The Leather Jacketer online. Upon receiving the jacket, the style, color, materials, and size was not as depicted in the pictures on their website. The materials used also did the match the description on their website. The jacket was way too small for my wife and she did not like it. I looked at their return policy online and I was well within the return window and the item was unused. So I reached out to their customer service. The responded promptly but were trying to convince me to exchange it for another size or a different item. I explained that I simply wanted a refund as per their return policy. After that they began responding to maybe every other email I sent and taking longer to respond while asking what was wrong with the item, how they can make it right, and still trying to convince me to exchange. After multiple emails, they agreed that if I sent the jacket back to them and provided them with a tracking number, that they would issue me a full refund that would take 5-10 business days. So I paid for return shipping via UPS, emailed them the tracking number, and even included a little note in the package that stated the order number and refund amount. The return package was delivered a month ago. After many many emails and weeks having passed, I have not received a response nor has my money been refunded. So now I am out the money I spent and the jacket. I just gave them $120 for nothing. I just want my money back and I will never ever shop with this company again. Absolutely unacceptable and honestly borderline fraud ! The Leather Jacketer should be ashamed in not just their terrible products, but the way in which they conduct business. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who places an order with them and if it does, I hope they get sued. You have your terrible jacket, now please just give me my money back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought two leather jackets from them. Their website said to expect a two week shipping delay because of Halloween which was fine. After two weeks has gone by, i contacted them by email because they had no customer service phone number to call (which should’ve been my first clue they were shady) and asked about the status of my order. A few days went by before i got a response saying that my order would be shipped out in 3-5 days. After another week of waiting with no communication, i emailed again and asked for the tracking number, thinking surely my order must’ve shipped by then, but again i got no response. Another few days has gone by before i emailed again, informing them that if they did not provide me with a tracking number for my order, i was going to contact my bank and reverse the charges to my debit card because i obviously got scammed. Still no response. So i did in fact contact my bank to reverse the charges. My bank opened an investigation and after the investigation was opened and they were contacted by my bank, FINALLY they sent my order out. Once it arrived, one of the jackets fit me, the other did not, so i immediately filled out a return claim form from their website and requested a return for the jacket that didn’t fit. Then their customer service agent “Shawn” emailed me to say that they couldn’t process my return because they only have a ten day return policy (which isn’t true according to their website’s return policy. It CLEARLY says 30 days) and besides, i had only had the jacket for 7 days at this point! So ever since i have been going back and forth with “Shawn”, with him asking me why i want to return the item, like i hadn’t already said in my previous emails that it was too small. Then him responding that they can exchange it for a better fit. But their return policy also states that exchanges come with a 25% restocking fee, so on a $200 jacket, they’re trying to squeeze me for another $50 which is absolutely ridiculous! Now i have to take them to small claims court. So PLEASE, save yourself the headache and stress and hassle of dealing with these scammers and don’t do business with The Leather Jacketer. They’re a terrible company with terrible customer service and terrible business practices and they will steal your money.
