Hi there, Elliot! Thank you for purchasing our products! Pure Body Extra (spray) does not need to be shaken, just spray and go! Pure Body (drops) do need to be shaken before each use!

Good quality products helping with detox,too expensive and not sustainable for the average person. Price needs to be reasonable. $140 per month for 2 small products. Coupon codes need to be provided to ongoing customers without having to become affiliate and end up in MLM.

I have noticed such an improvement in my mood and energy levels since starting this! I have been giving this to my daughter and overnight, literally, she started to sleep better!! She is now going to bed at bedtime, where before Touchstone Essentials, she was going to bed 2-3 hours after bedtime! I have recommended this to everyone in my family!
