Amazing Gallery
Let me start by saying I've been to art galleries all over - Russia, France, Spain, Canada, and all over the Unites States and Caribbean (PR, Cuba, Aruba, etc) and yet I was most impressed with L. H. Selman Ltd. In Chicago Illinois. It was absolutely stunning. The structural lay out of the gallery, the ebb and flow of the space, was truly enchanting. Beautiful hard wood floors, and the right hue of lighting truly compliments and pays tribute to the gorgeous and riveting paperweight that keeps in this gallery. All of this in combination makes this one of the best galleries I have entered in a long time. Amazing gallery, I highly recommend to those who are in Chicago and are looking for a real art experience and wish to be transcended to a time when art galleries didn't just worship the "commercial", but when instead they showed actual ART. The gallery also has a very warm, accommodating staff who allow you to quietly enjoy your time, but if needed, are sweet and helpful if you have questions.
