They are using nonprofits to get stock and cryptocurrency for themselves. Once the public learn of their practices, they will be out of business. The CEO Pat Duffy is belived to have sold Marijuana. Stay away don't affiliate your charity with this company. The charge you $2500.00 and will cancel you with no refund. And give you no reason for cancelation.

Your documentation states you accept Fantom (FTM) (as other native crypto) which is wrong, you don.t accept the native crypto , you just can receive the Ethereum network ERC20 equivalent of those currencies. Update your widget with a warning , your documentation needs to state it and your support team needs to be aware of it too. Tried to contact you to no avail and went up to your wallet provider Gemini to be able to address 100 dollars in donations that you mismanaged by pure incompetence.
