Prior to joining Flip Secrets, I had been investing in real estate for roughly 5 years (both flips and buy-and-hold). I was doing well but felt like I could do better and scale quicker...and to do that, I needed to become more skilled about using/finding "Other People's Money" (OPM). I had always heard folks talking about investing in real estate with 100% OPM, and for the last 5 years, I thought it was just a gimmick to get people to join whatever "mastermind" was being marketed. Flip Secret is an amazing educational platform. It’s THE SYSTEM!!! Real teachers are not always in the formal educational system. This course prepare you on a real profession. You don’t need to pay for college tuition, this is way better. Flip Secrets is one of the best way to get educated and be profitable for life. The teacher, Jake and his team of coaches guide you to success from the first day. This guy is amazing, each module he makes it so clear, as I said, he’s an amazing educator, transmitting knowledge and experiences so easy and clear. This program really helped me feel secure in the knowledge I needed before taking on my flips. Third flip in 8 months so far so good thanks to working the systems Jake taught. Things I'd like to highlight are Gap funding, learning how to calculate ARV, discord group for any question I might have had, also the network of people and being able to build relationships with them and bounce ideas back and forth.

Jake has videos that break down everything A to Z. It's all simple and straightforward it makes learning this stuff less intimidating. Makes you feel like you can really do it yourself and shows you how. I was on the fence, but reviews like this helped me make the decision. I hope this will do the same for someone else, take the chance if fix and flipping is what you want.

I have been in the Flip Secret family for about 3 weeks. My coach is Eduard. He doesn’t know this but when I first started my calendar was booked with other obligations. Eduard was consistent with reminder messages of my obligations from one on one coaching calls to hoping on the zoom sessions.
