Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

Flip Secret is the best mentorship I found myself in after going through 2, different others. I am learning everything from beginning to the finish line with the help of coaches on daily. With only 25days in the mentorship I have built confidence to high level that I can close deals before the finish line. Their service is the best they do everything in their power just like they say!!

What’s made my experience great is having my 1 on 1 accountability coach this whole time. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Julia. This program hasn’t prompted any questions for Julia, everything I need to know is in the modules. I’ve been getting mostly guidance from my coach and things to consider in the meantime while I’m going through the modules, and it’s only been helpful! It’s easier to grasp than insurance. I work at an insurance agency. Getting licensed to sell insurance was way more difficult than learning about flipping real estate.

I am impressed with the amount of instruction along with the daily and weekly support that we get. Our coach is Julia and she's been extremely helpful. The coaching calls are all top notch and we get access to them 5 days a week. Currently my partners and I are negotiating 3 deals.

What a unique program! Super cool and I could have never learned all this on my own. It takes some time to work through and wrap your head around but Jake walks us through it step by step with his videos. Thanks again Jake!

They guide you through the program step by step and provide multiple sources to help you succeed. It is an honor to be a part of a program that works alongside you. Additionally, they offer education throughout the week to answer any questions you may have. To keep your mind on track, they have a mindset Zoom meeting with an inspiring man of God who has the ability to give out valuable insight on becoming successful and pushing you through while feeling weary.

I have a little prior Real Estate experience but I was always missing that little something, and this course has opened my eyes to that something. If anyone is serious, then this course is for you.

I was a bit skeptical and definitely nervous about the ROI being promised through the program. But I pushed through my fears and invested in myself and can definitely say "worth it!" Great content, great community, and especially helpful accountability coaching on the front end... the investment will pay for itself in no time and the connections and relationships made are absolute game changers. Thanks to Jake and team!

What was great for me was the detailed training and explanations. Jake did an excellent job walking us through step by step.
