Jake mentorship program has guided & help me to become an entrepreneur, made me learn many thing throughout the market. The program helped me become more of an extrovert & socialize with people that is also in mentorship. He gives you 1 on 1’s whenever you need the help, I’m really grateful for taking the initiative for putting my foot in the door or else I wouldn’t ever know what’s on the other side for me. Thank you Jake!

The videos are very informative in order to begin a strong foundation in investing, and their Discord platform will ensure I have all the resources to continue my education as I learn to be successful.

This company is the real deal and are doing the work! They provide a supportive community, experienced resources, and mindset coaching to to help launch you to your next level! The Flip Secrets Masterclass will take you step-by-step, all the way through the entire flip process. Thankful for this community.

My husband and I are new real estate investors who purchased Jake's course about 2 and a half months ago - we are about a month away from listing our first deal (we went in 50/50 with partners) and just went under contract (yesterday!!) on another property! (And are continually searching for more DEALS!) We took about 5 months thinking, praying and saving for this program. We spoke to a representative at least 5 times before taking the plunge. (Afterall, we found it by clicking on a google Ad, so it took some convincing for us to believe this was legit). Almost every day, we talk about how happy we are to have joined the flip family. With Flip secrets you get so much more than good teaching. You get a weekly coaching call for the first 6 weeks (shoutout to JULIA!); constant online support from members in the program answering questions 24/7, a massive network of investors, realtors, contractors, wholesalers, etc. AND mentorship calls. These calls have been life saving for us. You literally jump on a call, bring your property and all your questions and Sam will help you navigate the pros and cons and which avenue is best for moving forward. Sam is so patient, kind and is very supportive in this process. Sam really takes the time to understand your situation, answer your questions and point you to helpful resources. After going a quarter of the way through the Flip Secrets program, in one of our first conversations with a real estate agent, we were told that we were very organized and that we must be super experienced (we didn't correct him ;). We had yet to even make our first offer! We were simply well educated through Jake's videos - it sounded like we knew what we were talking about even though we were BRAND NEW to the business. We are so hopeful of reaching our dream of becoming financially free because of this program and we are so grateful for what Jake and his team have created. If you are serious about investing in real estate, this program will provide you with the tools you need to be successful AND the community to make you feel safe and welcomed. I say DO IT :)

I believe investing in yourself is very imperative. Flipping secret makes you hold yourself accountable for your own destiny. I really enjoy Jake’s process from the modules, the weekly mentor calls and group zooms. I reached another level of confidence in myself these last past 6 weeks. This is one of the best groups I’ve been apart of from the beginning of my real estate journey. I can’t forget about my mentor Eduard he has been very helpful and resourceful with all my investor questions. I really appreciate him these past 6 weeks!!!

Since joining, the general mentorship has been truly outstanding. I appreciate the time and effort some of the coaches invest into the students and how supportive of a community they've helped create. This is truly a great example of "you get what you put into it." I'm grateful to be a part of this group and look forward to completing my first deal within the next couple of months! Thanks Sam, Ryan, Jake, Grant and the rest of the team!

If you are truly serious about getting into real estate investing, then Flip Secrets Program is definitely the best out there! The most important thing about this is the community that you can leverage, you will never be short on resources and money as long as you are willing to put in the work. It's not a get rich quick scheme, real estate requires networking, putting in reps and following a process that works! I have always preferred copying what other people's are doing if I know it gives them results! It saves you time of trial and error and get you to your goal faster!

Flip Secrets is an excellent combination of learning material at your own pace and then also being able to interact regularly with people who have been successful with Jake’s program and are available daily to provide support and guidance. Everyone has been so down to earth, easy to access and talk to, and encouraging in promoting success among the group. You can participate as much or as little as you would like. I am well prepared and have avoided large, costly mistakes with the information I learned in this class. There is a group available several times a week for “newbies” and Sam is so generous with her time and sharing her knowledge and experience. It is well worth the money to be part of this community and I am confident I will have long term success because of it!
