The BeYoutiful Project by Coach Costa changed my life! I was trying fad diets on and off again for the past 6 years or so. Would see some results but once I stopped gained all the weight I lost and more back. Nicole taught me how to get in shape the right way with out some crazy meal plan or spending hours at the gym. Not only did I see results physically I saw results mentally and emotionally. Once you start to eat better and move daily you truly do see the affects it has on your overall health. I’m happier, more positive, confident and prepared with the tools to keep going!

I am your typical “dieter”, “jump on the bandwagon”, “new fad in weight loss” kind of girl. With body dysmorphia, I have never been happy or content with how my body looks. I could get to my goal and then just say “5 pounds more….5pounds more”. It was a viscous cycle. But Nicole changed all of that. Not only did she design the best at home workouts that fit into my busy mom schedule, but she also gave me a “flexible” meal plan that taught me how to build my own foods staying within my macros, and virtually met with me every week to reflect on the week. I never thought my body could look toned or that I would see definition. But that all changed after following Nicole’s 3 month program. Thank you Nicole for all that you do, and I know this will be a life long connection :-).

This is something I always wanted to try and I finally had enough. I started this program with Nicole and it was such a positive experience and so freeing! I loved that, not only was I working on my outside but also working on the inside. I had great success with following this program. She answered all of my questions I had and was great for getting advice. I wish I had started this program sooner.

I just finished my 12 week program with Nicole and it was an absolute game changer for me. I love how she really takes the time to listen and understand you as an individual in order to create the best possible program for you. I learned how to create balance with my nutrition and workouts versus in the past where I would go extreme and then bounce right back into old habits. The new habits and mindset that we implemented feel way more sustainable. I really enjoyed my program and results! Thanks coach!

My experience with Nicole was far more accelerated than I ever expected to receive from a program. I completed it a few weeks ago and am still using many of the techniques learned in my every day life. My outlook on life has certainly changed for the better. Don't get me wrong because there isn't anything magical gonna happen by just wanting it, you must put in the work. I took advantage of working on the inside very seriously and it paid off! While you may contemplate the price, I promise there is no tag for inner TRUE happiness from digging deeper than you ever imagined you would! Now that I own it, I'm planning to repeat it again because it's that good. You won't regret working on YOU first in order to live a more fulfilled life!

Training with Nicole has allowed me to reconnect with myself providing me with all the necessary resources to be healthy- mind and body. This is a program that will challenge you not only physically but mentally, allowing you to reflect on all changes! Nicole is an amazing trainer- kind, compassionate, witty, and silly (which makes sessions a blast)! She systematically plans PT sessions to target your needs, she’s the real deal!!! Having her throughout my fitness journey has been incredible!
