"Chris has been such a wonderful coach to me. I have paid for other programs and training, but this is the first time that I have received the support and training necessary to feel both confident in how I present myself to clients and leads. His training is giving me a firm foundation. You need this as a Realtor, or you will never achieve your goals. No one really gives you the "secret sauce" to become tremendously successful or feel confident as a Realtor. Chris has done this for me. He has supplied the support, tools and structure needed to achieve this. It's not a hype you up session. It’s not another sales pitch from a slick salesperson. He evaluates you as an individual and the choices you are making in your business. He will guide you where you are lacking. His experience and genuine character are truly a gift if you choose to go on this journey with him. You won't regret it! One of the things that truly stands out for me is how he always shows up. He doesn't try to pawn you off on another agent. He shows up! He follows up. He does what he says he is going to do. In short, he has a great deal of integrity. I always look forward to seeing him for our meetings. I look forward to the honesty he shares when I need it. I always feel encouraged and ready to take on the real estate world after our meetings. It feels good to know that you have an experienced Realtor from an incredibly competitive market in one of the most difficult areas of the United States to guide you through what can be treacherous waters. I have been searching for help and support for years. I have been misled by other coaching programs. I took a chance. When I saw that he was from my market, San Francisco, I was thrilled. If you can be successful here, you can be successful anywhere. I looked him up and did my due diligence before signing up. I was impressed and took a chance. You can do this! Take a chance on Chris and feel supported and have an experienced and successful Realtor to trust and lean on. Listen to what he says. Process it. Commit to what he asks you to do! You can do it! Sincerely, Cynthia Rosen Realtor in Marin County and the Bay Area"

I've been working with Chris for some time now. His focus on mindset and vision are refreshing and he is always a joy to talk to. He keeps it simple, consistency is key, and genuinely wants us all to succeed in not only business but life. I am extremely grateful to have benefited from his years of experience.

Like everyone else, I've done plenty of research to find a great real estate coach, until I found Chris and I'm so grateful I did. It felt like finding a long lost friend that listens and understands your struggles and is ready to help you in any way they can. I can confidently say that working with Chris was one of the best decisions I've made for my real estate business. Chris was able to help me identify the areas where I needed to improve, and provided me with the tools and strategies I needed to succeed. He helped me refine my marketing approach and gave me amazing ideas, tailored to my specific vision for my business! Chris truly listens and understands every agent's unique needs and challenges. He is patient, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me succeed. If you're looking for a Real Estate Coach who will go the extra mile to help you improve your skills and take your business to the next level, Chris is your guy. He's simply amazing. Thank you Chris for all that you've done for me!

I can’t say enough about Chris….he has been my coach for a couple of years now. I have had a few coaches in my 25 year real estate career and he is by far the best! He has become a trusted advisor, confidant, cheer leader and go to guy when I need an ear to listen. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind and I have come to appreciate his quick wit! You will not be disappointed whether you hire him to sell your home or to coach you in your business. Give him a call.

Chris is by the far the best coach I’ve had so far. Having worked with a number of other real estate coaches, his dedication and sincerity really sets him apart from the rest. He really cares and that’s what I feel matters the most. Succeeding in real estate isn’t rocket science, but it does require hard work and consistency. With Chris’s help I’ve been more consistent in doing what needs to be done. I’m able to run anything buy him and I get great feedback. I highly recommend him!!

Before hearing Chris on a random podcast during my 45min commute home, I felt I had exhausted all of my options. I was considering "throwing in the towel." Now I'm in control of my business, my leads are predicated on the number of calls I make, and I can objectively control and determine how much business I'm going to bring in. Keep in mind, this is off TWO WEEKS of working expired listings and prospecting, on average, 8 hrs a week. My advice, follow Chris' system, take it one day at a time, and enjoy watching your new business grow. Cheers!

I worked with Chris with an investment property. Chris is excellent in following up, staying in communication and getting things done. I strongly recommend Chris for your real estate needs; you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to let you know how much you and your classes have helped me. With your guidance, I have been able to take better care of myself and have a vision of what I want to accomplish in my personal and business life. I enjoy our talks and I can feel your compassion to make me be the best that I can be. Your positive attitude inspires me and you let me be me. The best decision I have made in my real estate journey is to be in your classes and getting to know you. Thank you so much for everything. Billy Ray Huntsman- EXP Realty
