So far the process was very easy. I had my records faxed over from my primary doctor. Made the appointment. Now waiting on the card. Dr. Santi was informative & professional. Staff was great also.

I was really impressed with the doctor's knowledge and the time he took to explain things clearly. The front office staff was just as helpful, taking as much time as I needed to explain things patiently and clearly, while being utterly charming. My expectations weren't high coming in, I was pleasantly surprised.
