I was cautiously optimistic when starting this service. I was immediately impressed with the simple service and ease of use. The ability to reach a large number of prospects and customers was exciting. I didn't wait for the trail to end I became a using member immediately.

The customer service alone makes this a great product to use. I like that it is a simple but effective tool and I look forward to using the system more in the future for our Fundraising Campaigns. I love the simplicity of the website and how it works on my computer or on my phone. I was able to create a list, upload all my contacts, and start sending personalized bulk messages within just a few minutes. I appreciate how they give you your own local 10 digit phone number, and how I could send text messages with pictures up to 1600 characters long.
