They're short staffed and the wait time was almost an hour and 30 minutes for a simple blood test. When you expect professionalism from them they'd give you the worst. I told the lady about my fear of needles and she said she doesn't have time for all that. And she had to poke 3 holes to get blood sample from my body. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible, no customer service skills!!!!!

I used Health Testing Centers for several years now. I never had an issue with the ordering and getting my results until the recent purchase. The results took longer than expected and then I received a voice mail from their customer service. I called back just to find out they were trying to tell me my lp(A) was too high. I explained the customer rep they were in clear violation of HIPAA policy when comes to patient records. The customer rep clearly did not understand what I was saying and obviously had no training on HIPAA.
