I am a first time user of this testing service. The customer service rep I spoke to gather information about the service was not respectful and polite in answering my questions. She was more like that you should already be knowing this.

There's really no reason to go through this middle man when you can go straight to lab.

1-2 days was kind of a joke considering it took almost a week. To advertise the short wait only to have to wait considerably longer was frustrating.
