I am disappointed to hear about your experience with your appointment. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit.    I do see that there was an issue where the system allowed you to make an appointment at an office that was closed. When you contacted us to alert us to the issue a representative made an appointment for a new location for same day service. Unfortunately sometimes the lab does get behind on appointments if they are short staffed, or have to spend extra time with other patients. Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner Quest. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks,

Good Evening, While our network of ordering providers does offer complimentary consultations on specific tests, treatment is not always provided. Treatment is provided for specific tests only and treatment is always at the discretion of the PWN Health physician. PWN Health is the network provider for many companies that offer laboratory testing services like Health Testing Centers, such as Request a Test. We have also followed up with PWN Health in regards to the interactions with our customer.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am writing in response to your review about the service you received with your doctor consultation. I am disappointed to hear about your experience with PWN. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal.   I had my manager reach out to PWN to clarify why they were not able to assist you. The response we received was that while they did offer consultations for the STD tests, their intentions to offer the same service for the urinalysis was not fully implemented due to limited resources as a result of the pandemic. Unfortunately we were not made aware that this program was not up and running and available to our customers. We will be refunding your order in full due to the miscommunication between PWN and ourselves.  Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner PWN. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am disappointed to hear about your experience with booking an appointment. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal.   LabCorp does require that appointments be booked on their website however, if you are ever having any issue you can call our customer service department and we would be happy to book an appointment for you. As far as the print of the results, the size is set by default. Unfortunately we do not have an option to enlarge the print when we have the results uploaded to your account. You can enlarge the print on your computer or when you print the report. Again, I do want to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced with our service and partner LabCorp. We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal during your visit.   Unfortunately we do not have an option to order the Urinalysis with culture through LabCorp at this time, the test is only available at Quest. There is a price difference so it is a separate web page to order the culture urinalysis. I apologize that this was not more clear while you were placing your order and in the future we would be more than happy to help you via our customer service line to clarify any questions.
