I like the company, as I have used it before. However you don't get results unless you reach out. Took a week and a half to get results. As before, only until i asked for my results did i receive an email/text message letting me know they were ready

No one even checked ID to ensure person having tests was actually the person on paperwork for the tests.

In theory this is a good system. In practice I made an appointment at a testing center 20 minutes from my home at 7:45 am (confirmed with email from HTC etc). I arrived and there was no one there. It was located inside a Safeway grocery store so I asked customer service about it and they laughed and said "they don't even open until 9am". I called HTC and they said they had no record of that location existing (even though they sent me an email confirming my appointment there). The rep suggested I go one of their different locations but I didn't have time that day. I requested a refund and was refunded promptly. I'm giving 3 stars for the quick refund and because my experience was very smooth when I rescheduled the next week at a different location.

I expected detail results and doctor’s description & his advise, but it was only detail results I have.

As far as ordering and receiving my both kits everything went smoothly but waiting and getting results that!!! is a real hassle. Waiting a week and a half for my Urine Test finally I had to call to get iit. Now I’ ve been waiting Again!!! for my blood work results for over a week

Easy to use and schedule online, but the laboratory where the blood was taken, had some issues, such as using a dirty arm board, AND not wiping the arm with Alcohol prior to inserting the needle.

Performance good, but lacking friendliness
