I'm 22 days in and goods still haven't left china, despite 10 day promise. Very slow support replies just offering me a discount to wait longer. Typical unethical business practices common in that region. Avoid, they're just wasting your time while holding your money.

Ordered a product over a week ago. Still hasn't been shipped. Shipping from China (I didn't know this before I bought it). Webiste has chat box as customer service... No response initially when choosing customer service options, then went back through and chose different options and chatbot said contact through whatsapp. I contacted through whatsapp. No response. Website has an email, I emailed them, No response. Customer Service is a ghost town and my product still hasn't shipped. Stay away!

Grote troep, komt rechtstreeks uit China en hartstikke duur voor de onwijs slechte kwaliteit die geleverd wordt. Retourneren doen ze alleen op eigen goedkeuren, als ze zo lastig blijven doen dan gaan we verder stappen ondernemen.

Efter lang ventetid kom det filter jeg havde bestilt til min Tesla model 3 highland. Kunne aldrig drømme om at nogen kan bygge sådan et filter… Mega dårlig kvalitet!

Über 6 Wochen vergangen nichts erhalten keine Kommunikation weder per Email noch im Chat Neu verschickt aber seit 13 Tage kein Update wieder nicht aus China rausgekommen. Kommunikation sehr schlecht seit Tagen keine Antwort von T-Launch. Auch gibt es kein Geld zurück. Würde nicht nochmal kaufen

Still waiting on an order placed April 6th 2026. I would never have ordered if I knew when ordering that it was coming from China. When trying to track it is of no help what so ever. I will NEVER order from this company again. Day 22 and it looks like it is only 1/2 way here. Who wants to buy something and wait over 30 days to receive? Horrible. If there products are so remarkable they should list , "shipping from China".

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and have not received anything. Attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered, which is very concerning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from them.
