Super convenient and easy

It was great and Tesla agents were very helpful!

The whole process was easy and the company was so accommodating. I had to reschedule last minute and they were able to for me in and then I wanted to move my rental date again and they did it! I had a bunch of questions that they answered and didn’t make me feel silly about. Then when I got the car (first time driver, rented the model x) I had to call Jason several times to figure stuff out and he was so patient and kind. The car was beautiful and worked well. Def will recommend this company to others and will use it again.

Great experience! Other than minor cosmetic and small damage in the car, but doesn't hinder my driving! The people that I talk to are very helpful and outstanding in providing customer service.

What a great concept and experience. Picking up in Jersey City from Manhattan added about $100 in Uber fees and some time, so a delivery/pick-up might’ve been the only improvement- but not a huge deal. The pick-up and drop off was super simple. Great fun!
