I bought some floor mats for my Model Y after I picked it up in late September. Communication was great and the mats arrived in under a week despite me living across the country. Quality was great and communication with customer service after I ordered the wrong item was smooth.

We had ordered a carbon fiber spoiler that ended up being cracked on delivery :( Tried contacting them via their support email but had little hope based on the reviews. Ended up speaking with someone over the phone (Ben?) who was super helpful!!! First thing I told him was that their email sucks. The guy mentioned that they get so much volume and work through a 3rd party email support which might be the reason for all of these bad experiences. But they have also in-house folks that also field customer requests. You guys need more in-house support! Anyhow, ended up getting a speedy replacement. Thanks guys.
