TerminalAbout Terminal
Terminal offers a modern approach to building remote global tech teams. This means we recruit, onboard, and manage engineering teams — so you can focus on building brilliant products. Silicon Valley’s huge shortage in engineering talent and exorbitant salaries are making it nearly impossible to scale technical teams with local talent alone. That’s why Terminal provides technology and services in a simple, scalable solution to hire global technical talent at record speed. Integrated into one product, we provide tech-enabled global talent acquisition, proprietary market insights, enterprise grade employment ops, and an engaging tech community. We’ve built 75+ remote teams across Canada, the United States, México, Colombia, and Chile, and keep our finger on the pulse of global markets to help you find the tech talent you need.
